e-Statements

Take Advantage of this no cost service to you! PTFCU is pleased to offer e-statements – the paperless statement option! By using e-statements, paper statements are eliminated from your mail box saving you time, money and the environment. Take advantage of this no cost feature to you with Online Banking!

• Go paperless and eliminate clutter and filing with e-Statements
• Secure access! Your financial information will be archived securely in Online Banking

• We’ll notify you! You will receive a monthly email notifying you when your e-Statement is available to view

To Enroll:

To be eligible to view e-Statements, you must establish your account login through Express Access Online Banking. If you are a PTFCU account holder but have not enrolled for Online Banking, please click the “Express Access” button on the right side of the screen on the website home page to get started. If you are a PTFCU member who is signed up for Online Banking, simply log-in to your account to begin enrollment. Click on the “History” tab and then “Opt in” to e-Statements. Follow the simple directions. Online Banking is FREE to PTFCU members. For more information please contact a Member Service Representative at 866-773-9835, option "0," Monday-Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
