PacTrans Federal Credit Union was founded in 1939 by employees of Southern Pacific Railroad as a way to provide affordable financial services to their co-workers and families. Today PacTrans FCU serves more than 6,000 members including Union Pacific, Amtrak, MV Transportation employees, and their family members.
Credit unions are not-for-profit financial cooperatives. Credit unions exist to serve their members. Their earnings are returned to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher interest on deposits, and lower fees.

We currently have an opening for an experienced Financial Services Representative at our San Bernardino branch. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years minimum experience with processing check holds, balancing, explaining credit union products and services and responding to member inquiries. Knowledge of financial regulations (check holds, funds availability, etc.) is required.
This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday; overtime may be required. Banking or credit union experience (1-2 years minimum), regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service abilities are required. Employees must be bondable.
